Christmas

The holidays in our family is a little hectic. We have 3 houses minimum we have to visit. We went to my Dads on Christmas Eve. It was a very laid back evening. Ate tons of homemade clam chowder and played some pool.

Christmas morning we had to be at Adams Grams by 7:30 so we woke Katie up at 6:30 so she could open her gifts. She got a playschool car the night before from Grandpa and Grandma Kille and we decided to have it inside for her on Christmas morning.



That was sort of a mistake. She did not get out of it once to open her gifts as you can see



We headed up to Adams Grams to have breakfast and celebrate with his family. Katie got a little guitar that she loves to play. She wanted to be like Mom and Dad when we play guitar hero so Grandpa Weiss bought her one. Now she can rock out while we play.




After we left we came back home to let Katie take a nap, cook for dinner, let Adam play his game Modern Warfare 2 that I got him for Christmas, and I relaxed for a minute we headed off to my moms. We had dinner and opened our gifts there. Katie got a tricycle. She is big enough to ride it but just needs to get the full coordination down to ride it. Once summer comes around she will be riding it everywhere.



She also got a elephant, she has been obsessed with them ever since we took her to the zoo. This elephant walks, flaps its ears and makes noise. It freaks out our cats a bit but Katie loves it.


Now we just look forward to a new year and all the excitement that will come as Katie grows bigger and we have our second child (less than 6 weeks away)
