Summer Thunderstorm

A few weeks ago we got an awesome summer monsoon role thru here in Phoenix. The kids and I stay inside most of the time because it is so hot and trying to do stuff out in the heat with Anthony is tough. So of course when it was down pouring we immediately went out. I love summer storms because its such a sudden down pour, the water is warm and whats better then playing in the rain.

Probably not the healthiest thing to let him play in the gutter but we had fun!

This morning Adam called me and was in an extreme amount of pain. He was describing to me something that sounded all to familiar. So I told him to go to the hospital which is a 45 minute drive. Certainly enough after a few test the results were in and he is currently trying to pass a 3mm kidney stone. I have had 5 kidney stones growing up and its never fun. Sadly he is in Colorado till Thursday morning then he will be home so I can take care of him even though I am really hoping he will be better so we can enjoy our extremely to short time together.
